A booking deposit is collected through Stripe to confirm your reservation, and a refundable security hold equal to 50% of the rental total is authorized at pickup. Remaining balances are charged three days before your start date.

Every guest uploads a photo of their valid driver's license, proof of full-coverage personal auto insurance, and a selfie holding their ID, then signs the digital rental agreement in their account. Keys and lock box codes are released only after all three are on file.

We deliver complimentary with a 3-day minimum to Kona International Airport (KOA) and every major Kohala Coast resort, including Four Seasons Hualalai, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Fairmont Orchid, Waikoloa Beach, and Hilton Waikoloa Village. Rentals under 3 days include a $95 flat delivery fee.

Yes. Select Chauffeur or Airport Pickup/Drop-off during checkout. Airport rentals are staged in Lot A at KOA with the keys in a lock box; your code and stall location are sent 24 hours before arrival, and airport parking is included on rentals of 3 days or more.
